*Please be sure to observe the deposit deadline. After the deposit deadline, we will not be able to process your payment. Failure to make payment by the due date will invalidate your application for any reason. Please understand this in advance.

*The multi-copy machine used for payment and ticketing at FamilyMart may undergo irregular maintenance. Please be aware of this.

You can check the details of the ticket you have applied for on "My Page" of PLAYGUIDE ZERO. We will also contact you by e-mail as support information. If you have set up a domain name or other e-mail reception restrictions, please make sure that you can receive e-mails from "@eventify.co.jp" in advance.

*We are unable to redistribute emails that have been sent to you. Please be careful not to delete it by mistake.

*We will not be held responsible for late or undelivered mail due to Internet en route failures or problems with the mail server used by the customer.
